01. Julian Bolling
Head Coach
Director Rainbow Swimming Academy
Presently the Head coach of Rainbow Aquatics and the Director of the Rainbow Swimming Academy. He is 15-time SAF Gold Medalist. This happened over a decade ago for Sri Lanka, at four separate SAF Games - in 1984, 1987, 1989 and 1991. In addition to this, he is the only Sri Lankan swimmer to have participated in three Olympic games, first at Los Angeles (USA) in 1984, then at Seoul (South Korea) in 1988, and finally at Barcelona (Spain) in 1992. Julian first swam for Royal College, Colombo from 1977 to 1982 and was coached by E. G. A. Wilson, a famous national record holder in the 100 meters Back Stroke. He also represented Sri Lanka at 2 Asian Games making 6 Finals and was Head coach at 2 Paralympic Games training SGT K.V.C. Priyadarshana for the 100m back stroke in the S1 category which he made 4th place. He was the Co-Swimming Captain at the Clarion University, Pennsylvania. Since obtaining a Marketing Degree from the University of Clarion, Pennsylvania (USA), Julian returned to Sri Lanka in 1992 and worked at Nestles' Limited, Colombo - but soon preferred to abandon an office desk and 'take to the waters' , to join his mother Tara and father Ralph, who had launched out the Rainbow Aquatic Club. He completed his ASCA Level 3 Certification on 2013 and presently the Head coach of Visakha Vidyalaya, Musaeus College, Sri Lanka Navy and Consultant to the Royal College Swimming Program.
After the shattering tsunami in December 2004, he worked out a programme, now named 'Swim-Lanka' (www.swimlanka.lk), which has 32 local Instructors working with 26 'wading pools' in various coastal communities reaching 13,000 kids. Awarded the “Deshabandu Award” in 1992.

04. Udeshi Malimbada
Assistant Coach Junior Squad
She was a member of the Musaeus College Swim team since 2001 till 2012 and captained the Musaeus College Swim team in 2012. Started coaching in 2013 March at Rainbow Aquatics. Presently an Undergraduate - LLB (Bachelor Laws) at the University of London. Currently coaching the Junior Morning Squad and is responsible for the Wycherley International and St, Nicholas International Swimming Program.

05. Imran Mohammed
Assistant Coach Junior National Sqaud/ Evening Squad - Intermediates
He was a swimmer under D.D.S. Liyanarachchi and P.P.R. De Silva at the Sugathadasa Stadium 1996-2002. He was a Professional Team Leader Rescue Boat operator in Saudi Aramco Beach KSA and in Wild Wadi Water park Dubai UAE 2005-2012. He was In Charge of Administering Heart saver Basic Life Support for life-threatening emergencies and Training – Spinal training, use of emergency equipment, orientation of new life guards. He joined rainbow in August 2013. He completed Level 3 – Physiology School (ASCA) American Swimming Coach Association from ASCA UAE Academy. He attended the Advanced Swimming Coaches Clinic Fina/Arena Swimming World Cup Dubai-UAE 2011.
